Meet the Girl
I’m Quincy and one way or another you’ve stumbled upon my little corner of the internet. It’s hard to sum everything up into one quick, easy-to-read paragraph so I’ll give you the highlights.
I’m from a super small town (5 red lights) moved off to school, lived in a big city, fell in love with a boy and moved to an even smaller town (one red light), don’t worry he put a ring on it before I committed to the move :). We have a baby girl, Maren and are expecting our second child this December.
I have four siblings and grew up on a farm where working was a requirement not an option. I have the best parents ever and a large extended family that is so supportive and loving. I love to dance, sing…I’m pretty good, not like American Idol good, but like I could place top 3 in a karaoke contest good. I have a genuine love for people. My love language is physical touch which means I’m probably going to give you a BIG FAT HUG every time I see you,
It is my mission to bring laughter, love and that Beyonce type confidence into the lives of everyone I interact with. Be it in real life or right here online. People are my passion. I spend my days encouraging, educating and empowering women just like you on their health journey as a Certified FASTer Way To Fat Loss Coach. I’m a natural sharer (I lived for show and tell) I love sharing tips and tricks for everyday life, products I love and life lessons I’ve learned.
I’m a woman of faith, I have been blessed far beyond what I deserve and I am extremely grateful for that every day. Making people smile is my all time favorite thing. I’m just a girl doing the best I can while spreading love and joy to those who surround me. Have fun following my totally normal, relatable yet magical life.
